What happens after I purchase my GHOSTLIGHT SERIES PASS?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from info@latteda.org as a receipt of your purchase. This confirmation email will include a link and passcode to watch each released cabaret. On future release dates for each virtual cabaret in the series, you will receive another email from us with the link to the cabaret and password to unlock the video for viewing at your convenience.

What happens if I miss the performance the day it’s released?

The release date is the first day the cabaret is available for viewing, however, once released, you can watch the cabaret as often as you like. Each cabaret in the series will remain available to view with its password thru August 30, 2021.

I don’t think I’ve received my confirmation email with link and passcode. What should I do?

Some email providers might send our marketing communications to your spam folder. Make sure to check there for a confirmation email. If you use Gmail, be sure to check your “Promotions” folder—that’s typically where our emails arrive.

I’ve double checked for my confirmation email, but still haven’t received it.

You may have opted out of our email communications entirely in the past. If that’s the case, you will not receive future emails from us. To correct this, please RE-SUBSCRIBE to our mailing list. Unfortunately, this is a step patrons must take, SPAM-CAN laws do not allow us to reverse this for our patrons.

My passcode for the cabaret doesn’t seem to be working. Help!

Please be sure you have copied the passcode exactly as it appears on your confirmation or update email. Passcodes are case sensitive and no spaces can occur before or after the characters in the passcode.

May I purchase the individual cabarets instead of the whole series?

The cabarets are only available as part of the whole series.

What devices can I use to watch the GHOSTLIGHT SERIES performances?

Each cabaret in the series will be available to view on our website at Latteda.org/ghostlight-series and can be unlocked for viewing with their respective passcode. You will receive an email with a link to watch the performance with its passcode and private Vimeo link. Anywhere you can play online videos—computer, tablet, smartphone, or smart TV—you can watch the GHOSLIGHT SERIES performances. 

How can I watch on my television?

How many subscriptions do I need for my household? 

Only one series pass per household is needed. Feel free to share the login information with those who live with you. If you wish to share THE GHOSTLIGHT SERIES with friends or extended family, please gift a series pass for those outside your home. Give our Box Office a call at 612-339-3003 to purchase or order online and be sure to include your gift recipient’s name and email address in the order comments.

My video and audio are not in sync. What should I do? 

You may be experiencing an internet speed or connectivity issue. Try opening and closing the video again to see if it fixes the problem.
