How do I purchase a gift card?
To purchase a TLD gift card, click here, or call 1-888-494-9760. Gift card services are provided by a third party vendor on behalf of the organization.

What are my gift card options? 
E-gift cards
E-gift cards are sent to the recipient's email address with an image of the e-gift card as it appears on the gift card site. You can also include a personalized message with an e-gift card, which will appear in the body of the email to the recipient.

M-gift cards
M-gift cards are sent to the recipient's mobile phone as an SMS text message, and will include the name of the business where the gift card can be used, as well as any personalized messaging you have added.

Physical gift cards
Our gift card vendor has discontinued issuing physical cards. However, previously issued cards may still be redeeemed through the box office, and value may be added to existing cards using the gift card purchase link above.

When will the recipient receive the gift card I purchased? 
E-gift and m-gift cards are delivered within two hours of purchasing, to accomodate for a security delay. You may also specify a delivery time when you are purchasing the E-gift or M-gift card (example: you want it delivered on Christmas morning at 8:00 am).

How does the recipient redeem a gift card?  
At this time, gift cards are ONLY REDEEMABLE VIA PHONE or in person. Please direct the recipient to call our box office at 612-339-3003 to redeem their gift card.

How can I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check your balance on the Gift Card Balance area of the site. You can also call 1-888-303-1175 for balance information 24 hours a day. You may also call our box office at 612-339-3003 to check balances

Can I reload my gift card?
Yes; to reload/add value to a gift card, simply purchase a card recharge as you would any other type of gift card. You will be prompted for the gift card number when adding the recharge item to your cart.
